Venue.sh is already where your teams discover services, documentation and ownership. Now it’s where they understand how work actually moves.

Venue.sh: See how your team actually builds software.
Software teams move fast.
Leaders want visibility.
Developers want fewer status meetings.
Insights from Venue.sh gives you real, actionable engineering metrics directly inside Venue.sh. No spreadsheets. No manual reporting. No meetings. No extra (expensive) tools.
March 2026 release notes
A summary of March product and feature releases, including new features, improvements and bug fixes.
New feature
Development Insights
  • Unified development metrics: View pull request volume, merge request handling and CI/CD pipeline performance in a single, responsive dashboard. Metrics are automatically collected from your connected Git repositories, no manual configuration required.
  • Multi-provider support: Development Insights works with GitHub, GitLab (Cloud and Self-Hosted) and Bitbucket. Connect your repositories once and metrics flow automatically.
  • Multiple dashboard views: Access pre-built dashboards tailored to your Git provider and workflow. The GitLab, GitHub and Bitbucket dashboards shows PR activity, contributor stats, and pipeline health. The Engineering Overview dashboard shows critical defects, mean issue lead time, number of developers. (DORA metrics are coming soon.)
  • Interactive panels: Dashboards are rendered natively within Venue.sh with interactive panels (i.e. Stat, Bar charts, Time series, Pie charts, Tables, etc).
  • Flexible filtering: Filtering data and metrics based on repository and date ranges.
Improvements
  • UI improvements to the Assistant page
    • The design of the Assistant page has been refreshed. Users now have a better experience of using the chat input.
    • The conversation drawer has also been refreshed. Users can now pin (and unpin) conversations that are important to them.
    • The Tool usage of the Assistant has been improved. The process has been tweaked where the Assistant will intelligently try to predict what tool is supposed to be used in the prompt and dynamically load it into the request.
    • The public documentation has been updated to:
      • Show all Tools that the Assistant has access to
      • Show how to use Venue.sh’s MCP Server
